The Natural Resources Administration – Watershed Protection Division (WPD) of DOEE will administer this RFA.
The purpose of this grant is to provide Green Infrastructure (GI) job training to engage, educate, and empower District youth ages, 18-24, to become stewards of the District’s waters and the Chesapeake Bay to learn how to properly maintain, implement and lead restoration efforts that support healthy waterways in the District.
