This initiative is a partnership with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to assist local law enforcement in utilizing intelligence, technology, and community engagement to swiftly identify crime guns and their sources and effectively prosecute perpetrators.

- Goal 1: Timely identification, arrest, and prosecution of armed violent offenders.
- Objective 1: Develop leads through NIBIN.
- Objective 2: Test fire and trace all crime guns apprehended.
- Objective 3: Increase clearance rates for non-fatal shooting and homicide cases.
