RCS Strategic Goals
Housing and support services for homeless community members in the following groups:
- Senior population (age 55+)
- Diagnosed with a physical or mental disability
- Re-entry from a carceral, treatment setting including those convicted of serious crimes
- Young adults (age 18-25)
- Families that include children.
Support services is further defined to include case management, transitional housing, skill building, or technical training that leads to new or increased employment, and results-driven financial education for the identified populations.
Funding Information
For FY26 the minimum amount you may request is $25,000.
Grant Period
July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- EAF applicants must be incorporated as non-profit corporations, qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a registered organization in good standing with the Kentucky Secretary of State.
- EAF applicants must already have or have applied for 501(c)3 tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
