- 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in good standing with the California Franchise Tax Board
- Commitment to youth safety, with a written policy addressing this
- Sport-specific standardized guidelines for soccer, hockey, lacrosse, boxing, rugby, martial arts, or football programs.
