The Golden Belt Spring Community Building Grant supports a wide-variety of needs and Barton, Pawnee, Rush, and Stafford Counties and serve the community at large including but not limited to: quality of life improvement; arts and culture; enhancing community destinations points; charitable economic opportunity; planning and development. Favorable projects leverage matching funds for greater community impact.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grants may be made to public charities; that is organizations described in section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1), (a)(2), or (a)(3); and to private operating foundations. The Foundation will not normally make grants to private non-operating foundations.
- Grants may also be made to units of government for public purposes. This includes Native American tribal governments.
In exceptional circumstances, grants may be made to other types of nonprofit organization and to businesses. Using expenditure responsibility as a guideline, the Foundation will carefully supervise any such grants to document the use of its funds solely for charitable purposes. - Grant funding for programs or projects located in Barton, Pawnee, Rush, & Stafford County, Kansas
- The program or project you are requesting funding for must be charitable.
