Eligibility Criteria
Only IRS recognized tax-exempt organizations are eligible to apply for funding. Fiscal agents will be considered, but they encourage you to connect with a grant team member to discuss the arrangement prior to submitting a request. The Foundation will not consider more than one proposal from an organization in the same grant cycle. Organizations may apply in both cycles. Grants will not be awarded for the following:
- Maintenance expenses
- Medical or scholarly research
- Membership fees
- Ticket sales for charitable fundraising events
- Church related activities unless they involve the entire community
- Travel for groups, such as school classes, clubs, or sports teams
- Capital debt reduction
- Deficit budget expenses
- Individuals
- Political projects.
