Alaska Airlines believes an engaging career should be available to everyone. Partnering with nonprofits committed to creating career pathways, they have seen firsthand the results when young people get excited and motivated about their future. Career readiness is multi-level, and they focus on the following:
- Career exploration and career connected learning experiences, including aviation-related fields
- Soft skills, critical thinking, empowerment, job training and leadership development.
Funding Information
Corporate giving support typically ranges from $5,000 to $20,000 and can be used towards overall program support for nonprofits supporting young people 11 to 24 years old.

- Religious organizations without a secular community designation. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.

- Individual schools, school districts, or Parent Teacher Associations
- Multi-year grants
- Capital campaigns
- Exhibitions and performances
