The Measure A programs will make available $4.2 million of competitive grant funds to expand and improve regional bicycle and pedestrian facilities as well as safety improvement projects to, from, and near schools over the next three years.
Eligibility Criteria
- Funding is available for use in the cities of Carpinteria, Goleta, Santa Barbara, and the County of Santa Barbara
- School districts, universities, colleges, transit agencies, and Caltrans are eligible to compete for funds, with a city or county sponsor.
