Details:
RCP helps refugees learn about career pathways and create personalized career plans. Project activities include career counseling, connection to vocational training, specialized English-language training, and mentorship. Programs can offer financial help for costs related to career development, such as tuition, training, supplies, transportation, and child care.
RCP projects partner with at least one educational institution to expand training opportunities for refugees. RCP projects run by educational institutions partner with a refugee-serving organization, such as a resettlement office.

- Estimated total program funding: $5 million
- Minimum award amount for the first budget period (award floor): $250,000
- Maximum award amount for the first budget period (award ceiling): $325,000
Funding Period
36-month period of performance with three 12-month budget periods.
Eligibility Criteria
These types of organizations may apply:
- Public and private nonprofit organizations.
Individuals, including sole proprietorships, and foreign entities may not apply.
Other eligibility criteria
Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible for awards under this funding opportunity.
