Grant Period
Grant projects funded by SCIP shall be for a period of 12 months, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Units of state and local government; Tribes; and nonprofit, community, and faith-based organizations, including underserved and culturally specific populations.
- The Kansas Judicial Branch and/or any court in Kansas requesting the creation of a specific treatment court, enhancement, or expansion of an existing treatment court are eligible to apply.
