Leadership Grants are made to nonprofit organizations that seek to:

Increase measurable skills and diversity of pipelines for senior staff and board members
Strengthen organizational capacity and nonprofit leaders in the areas of:
- Governance
- Management
- Planning
- Civic engagement
- Board and staff development
- Diversity, equity and inclusion

Greater Philadelphia (Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in PA and Burlington and Camden counties in NJ).

Priority given to:

Those able to demonstrate that at least 70% of those they serve or represent are low-income and are considered marginalized.

Executive Summary of current strategic plan
Board-approved Nondiscrimination Policy that is in compliance with the Philadelphia Foundation’s non-discrimination policy
