Eligibility Criteria
- Grants will be awarded for qualifying projects submitted by a Delaware County, NY based registered 501(c)3 nonprofit or tax-exempt public charitable, religious, or municipal organization through the open-call process.
- Applications must include:
- Completed application form with detailed answers to application questions.
- Project Budget form documenting project expenses and 1 to 1 match of grant amount to expected revenues.
- Proof of 501(c)3 status, Operating Budget for the current year, and two prior years’ tax returns.
Evaluation Criteria
- This is a project-based grant. Applications must detail a specific project your organization plans to undertake. General organizational operating costs are not eligible for funding.
- The submitted project must be clearly defined and the proposed budget, goals, and timeline should be realistic and attainable.
- Your organization must demonstrate funding need and ability to complete the proposed project successfully and on schedule.
- Connection to Livestock Foundation’s mission is an integral component of this grant.
