Funding is available to help community reentry program sites provide pre- and post-release services to the target individuals and to work closely with a correctional partner to identify, serve and monitor program participants. A Technical Assistance Provider provides strategic, analytic, technical and research support for each program site.
Project Period
January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

Eligible costs include the employer share of the following:
- Life insurance
- Health insurance
- Social security costs
- Pension costs
- Unemployment insurance costs
- Workers compensation insurance.
Eligibility Criteria
Only one (1) application per organization is permitted for submission. The applicant must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization to be eligible to apply for funding. A non-profit who applies for the Emerging Adult Reentry AGF is eligible to also submit an application under this solicitation for consideration to be the Technical Assistance Provider.
