While MBDA encourages applicants to include in their proposal services that address barriers traditionally experienced by women entrepreneurs, all MBEs are eligible to receive services under this Program. This notice requests applications from qualified organizations that have the expertise to provide a range of services including counseling, training, and technical assistance to launch, sustain, obtain capital for, and scale their ventures.

Funding Information
The maximum drawdown amount may not exceed $400,000 for each year of the four-year award.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants are limited to organizations that meet both of the following two requirements:
- The organization must be a private nonprofit organization 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and exempt from tax under section 501(a); and
- The organization must provide – as a primary activity of the organization – services to minority business enterprises, whether through education, making grants or loans, or other similar activities.
