- Topic Areas for Institutions of higher education
- Tuition reimbursement and scholarship program for existing and new training
- Establishment of new training and certification program(s) in the energy field
- Expansion of existing programs in energy efficiency resulting in increased student enrollment e.g. additional equipment, desks etc.
- Topic Areas for Small Contractors supporting the energy industry
- Creation of programs to up-skill workforce: Training and Certifications: BPI, RESNET, NATE, Excellence, ASHRAE, other certifications may qualify after GOE approval
- Topic Areas for Nonprofit entities
- Marketing of available training programs in Nevada supporting the energy sector
- Provide pathways for underrepresented groups, veterans, and workers from under-resourced communities through the provision of wrap around services such as tools, personal protective equipment, food, housing, and childcare.

- Expansion of existing training programs in the energy efficiency resulting in increased registration e.g. additional equipment, desk, etc.
