Details:
($1.5 million) Programs providing a substantial benefit needed by disadvantaged citizens to increase their self-sufficiency and personal independence, to foster community pride or cohesiveness, and/or to strengthen the community’s infrastructure. Programs must request a minimum of $10,000 to be considered for funding. The maximum amount allowed is $75,000.
To be eligible for funding, a program must provide services and assistance that substantially benefits Clark County residents (NRS 244.1505). Programs that provide a substantial benefit are programs or services needed by disadvantaged citizens to increase their self-sufficiency and personal independence, programs or events that foster community pride or cohesiveness, and programs that strengthen the community’s infrastructure. Generally, OAG funds are intended to supplement services provided directly by the County or are funded in lieu of the need for the County to establish such programs.
Grant Period
Clark County OAG funds will be made available to Board of County Commissioners’ approved programs from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Grant Applications can only be accepted from Non-Profit Organizations and Local Government Entities, not by Individuals or by For-Profit Firms.
