The Construction Grant aims to support projects that will positively transform and improve the health of Oklahomans through built environment projects related to construction projects directly impacting the public’s access to healthy foods in farmers’ markets and food pantries and healthy food preparation, produce, and palatable drinking water in school settings.

Funding Information
Construction Implementation of Small to Medium Size Projects – $1,500,000 available funding.

- PreK-12 school-based built environment projects that increase access to healthy food and beverages.
Grant Period
For two-year projects, funding is annual and renewable for a second year based on performance, availability of funds, and approval by the TSET Board of Directors.
- Year 1: April 1, 2026- March 31, 2027
- Year 2: April 1, 2027 – March 31,2028.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant organizations must be one of the following: Oklahoma local governments (towns, cities, and counties), non-profit 501(c)3 organizations, tribal nations, institutions of higher education, and public entities (such as public-school districts/sites and state government).
- Applicant organizations must have a physical office location within the state of Oklahoma at the time of application.
