The purpose of this grant is to fund one or more entities to plan, purchase, install, own, operate, and maintain publicly accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructure at or near DC Government-owned sites. Through the Public EV Charging at DC Government Properties project, DOEE seeks to help site hosts overcome upfront costs and technical knowledge gaps to expand public charging infrastructure at or near DC Government sites.
