The Foundation will support organizations and collaborative efforts that improve access to and quality of mental and behavioral health for the youth and young adult residents.
Funding Priorities
The Community Grants are focused on the intersection of two Community Voices priority areas: 1) Safety and Belonging and 2) Health — specifically, addressing behavioral and mental health for the young residents. The Foundation is seeking proposals that advance the Foundation’s vision, mission and values, and which address one or both of the following thematic areas:
- Workforce Development: create pathways to a robust, representative workforce of mental and behavioral health professionals
- Access to, and/or Provision of, Services or Treatment: provide early identification and services or treatment for youth and young adults.
Funding Information
Grant Award Range: up to $20,000 per year.

Grants are awarded for one year.

- If a past grantee, is in good standing with the Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation.
