The goal of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to lessen the impact of stormwater runoff on the District of Columbia’s (the District) waterways by controlling, preventing, and remediating nonpoint sources of polluted runoff. One grantee will be selected to recruit and select eligible properties, install green stormwater infrastructure (GI), and educate the community.
The purpose of this grant is to remove and replace impermeable surfaces, capture stormwater runoff, and facilitate outreach and education with community members.

- Nonprofit organizations, including those with IRS 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) determinations;
