This funding aims to support businesses that contribute to the strength and success of the local economy.
Grants range from $1,000 to $3,000 and can be used to improve business spaces, invest in technology, or enhance workforce skills. This is a valuable chance for small business owners to upgrade their physical locations, build leadership, and strengthen their teams.
Eligible expenses include modifications to physical spaces, technology investments to boost online sales, adding outdoor seating or takeout windows, and storefront beautification such as new paint, signage, awnings, or planters. The grants also support workforce development activities like recruiter services, paid job listings, leadership training, or tuition for skills programs.
