Details:
Business Oregon now intends to issue this RFGA to select one or more additional technical assistance providers who will support SEDI-owned businesses and VSBs with the legal, financial, and accounting assistance necessary for the businesses to pursue and secure funding from one of three Business Oregon SSBCI programs, which are focused on early-stage, high-growth companies. Selected providers will be charged with helping Business Oregon meet its deployment commitments to SEDI-owned businesses and VSBs by sourcing, supporting, and shepherding the businesses through the capital acquisition process. Contingent upon the technical assistance (TA) provider’s ability to meet benchmarks that align with the program’s objectives and maximize the state’s allocation of SSBCI funds, it is expected that technical assistance providers will be awarded funding for multiple years. The funds disbursed under this RFGA may only be used in compliance with 12 U.S.C. 5708(e) and the U.S Treasury’s implementing regulations and guidance.
