The Foundation is pleased to support programming or projects of nonprofit organizations serving youth in Indianapolis by providing multiple grants up to $5,000 each. The committee considers the:
- community need being addressed
- number of youth served by the program
- long-term impact that a grant would enable
- uniqueness of the project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization with an IRS qualifying letter
- Must serve the Indianapolis area.
Ineligibility
The Foundation is unable to provide funding for:
- Individuals
- Operating expenses
- Indirect project expenses
- Fundraising projects or capital campaigns
- Debt reduction
- Expenses that have already been incurred
- Programs that exclude participation based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation or income
- Programs with a religious purpose. Please note: this does not preclude religious
- organizations from applying for non-religious programs.
- Multi-year projects.
