Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for a grant from Impact100 Cleveland, an organization must:
- Be tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
- Serve individuals/organizations in one or more of the following seven counties in Northeast Ohio:
- Cuyahoga
- Geauga
- Lake
- Lorain
- Medina
- Portage
- Summit.
Requirements
Meet the following financial requirements:
- Have at least one year of independently prepared, audited, or reviewed financial statements
- Organizations with annual contributions under $250,000 must provide a Form 990, 990-PF, or other 990-series for the preceding tax year
- Organizations with annual contributions between $250,000 and $500,000 must provide a financial statement reviewed by an independent certified public accountant
- Organizations with annual contributions of more than $500,000 must provide a financial statement audited by an independent certified public accountant
- Be willing to disclose other sources of funding
- Have a project budget for the full grant amount.
