The Community Health Trust of Pajaro Valley is committed to building a healthy and equitable community. The grants support nonprofit organizations that serve the Pajaro Valley and focus on prevention, access to care, and wellness.
They prioritize organizations and projects that align with mission and strategic focus areas:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3), a school-based health program, or have a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. Proposals must directly serve Pajaro Valley residents and align with the Health Trust’s mission and strategic priorities.
In general:
- This grant is intended to support program activities conducted within the Pajaro Valley. Applicants must clearly demonstrate how their proposed project aligns with this geographic focus in their application.
- Organizations that have been funded for three consecutive years are welcome to apply, priority will be given to newer requests.
- Community Health Trust’s Board prefers not to fund programs or projects administered by government agencies, with the exception of school-based health programs closely aligned with the CHT’s mission.
