The Foundation’s funds for the particular grant period are distributed at the sole discretion of the Foundations Board of Directors. The Foundations funds can only be used for protection of the environment, environmental education, and support of non-profit organizations dedicated to one of the other two items.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for a grant, an organization must be classified as a 501(c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service and be engaged in activities that further the protection and preservation of the environment.
