- The program or project must provide opportunities or meet the needs of women and girls in La Crosse, Monroe, or Trempealeau Counties in Wisconsin and Houston County in Minnesota.
- Preference is given to programs that have a direct impact on or that serve mostly women and girls.
- Women’s Fund of Greater La Crosse does not fund individuals, for-profit businesses, lobbying efforts, annual campaigns, debt retirement, gift campaigns, or major capital expenses.
