The York County Community Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2025 grant program. This opportunity supports programs and strategies that effectively address the needs of York County residents.
The foundation prioritizes funding for projects focused on arts and culture, education, environment, food, agriculture and nutrition, health, housing and shelter, and human services. Special emphasis is placed on initiatives that demonstrate strong collaboration and strategic partnerships. Applications that clearly show how these partnerships enhance impact across York County will be the most competitive.
All projects must serve the residents of York County, South Carolina. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) publicly supported charities, churches and religious organizations, governmental agencies, and educational institutions. The deadline to apply is August 1, 2025.
