Eligibility Criteria
This program is open to students between the ages of 5 and 18 who reside in Muskingum County, Ohio. All applications must be submitted in partnership with a sponsoring nonprofit organization, which will serve as the fiscal agent for the project.
Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Creativity: Originality and ingenuity of the proposed project.
