Project Goals and Scope of Work
- The goal of this project is to add a new public art installation to the River Walk’s existing collection. The proposed artwork
- should complement the River Walk’s character and reflect its themes of nature, transformation, and community.
Scope of work includes:
- Designing an original art installation.
- If selected, fabricating the sculpture for installation on the River Walk.
- The sculpture should be similar in size to existing pieces like Stella the Sturgeon and Sugar the Horse.
- Materials should contribute to the area’s natural and rustic aesthetic.
Funding Information
$10,000 for design & fabrication. Installation costs are covered separately by the Foundation.
