To ensure that residents know about the process and how they can get involved, community-based organizations can receive a “mini-grant” of up to $5,000 to conduct outreach and engagement activities across the City and focus neighborhoods.
Participating organizations will be expected to mobilize their existing networks and conduct additional outreach activities in key focus neighborhoods and communities.

- Organizations will be evaluated based on their alignment with the goals and values of the PB process (such as equity, inclusion, transparency, community-leadership, and capacity-building), relationships to communities in the focus neighborhoods and priority communities, and their capacity to engage and connect with community members.
