The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is dedicated to conserving, improving, and protecting natural resources and the environment, and increasing the availability of cheaper, cleaner, and more reliable energy. DEEP’s Urban and Community Forestry Program, achieves these goals by supporting healthy, resilient urban forests that provide multiple climate benefits.
