CFMC aims to enhance the quality of life for current and future Morgan County residents. Through competitive Thrive community development grants, they strive to empower and engage Morgan County communities by improving the quality of life. Tax exempt municipalities and civic organizations addressing community development needs are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations impacting Morgan County: They do approve grant applications from organizations whose headquarters are located outside the county if a significant number of persons who will be served reside in Morgan County. Only organizations that are exempt from filing for a 501(c)(3) status (units of government, school corporations, and religious organizations) are eligible. Organizations may submit multiple applications for different programs and may apply for different types of grants.
- Eligible projects are intended to develop local communities and focus on social determinants of health.
- Eligible projects are inclusive for the community and can address multiple improvement initiatives to inspire and advocate for improved quality of life for Morgan County families and residents.
- Organizations who are looking to establish and fund local projects that are permanent and will improve the quality of life for their local community. The following will be priority funding areas:
