Clinton County Foundation invests in a broad range of nonprofit organizations working to strengthen and improve the home, Clinton County. The LEGACY Fund wants to improve the welfare of Clinton County in areas such as health, wellness, seniors, youth, and education. The LEGACY Fund’s mission is to strengthen Clinton County, Ohio and improve the lives of its citizens through project-based funding. Eligibility Criteria
Grants are restricted to Clinton County organizations:
- You must qualify as one of the following entities to be eligible to apply:
- Nonprofit or community organizations holding a current tax-exempt status under
- Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
- Have a fiscal sponsor if you are NOT a 501 (c) (3)
- Recognized governmental entities including state, county, or city agencies such as health departments
- Educational facilities, such as K-12 public, private, or charter schools or school districts and higher education institutions.
