The Loudoun County Child Care Quality Improvement Incentive Program uses $286,500 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to assist local child care providers.
The Loudoun County is committed to supporting continuous quality improvement in early childhood programs of all types, improving the short and long-term outcomes for Loudoun’s youngest learners. High-quality early learning and care across public and private settings provides the support children need to build a foundation for school and future success.
