Who Should Apply?
- Proposals are accepted from:
- Established nonprofit organizations with robust infrastructure
- Grassroots or emerging groups led by and for their communities
- Collaborative initiatives or fiscally sponsored efforts
- Preference is given to organizations that:
- Are led by or serve historically marginalized communities
- Demonstrate local trust and community ownership
- Have potential for sustainable, scalable impact.
