Eligibility Criteria
Any entity (group, business, organization, collaboration, etc.) can apply for the Spirit of Public Health Mini-Grants. These opportunities are designed to promote active participation among community members in addressing public health issues to improve health. Projects must support or enhance local priority areas identified in the Community Health Improvement Plan in Carroll, Gallatin, Owen and/or Pendleton Counties.
