Deadline: 05/07/2026

Size of the Grant: $1000 to $10,000

Grant Duration: Grant Duration Not Mentioned

Details:

This grant program provides essential financial assistance to help small non-profit and community groups overcome the unexpected costs that often arise related to day-to-day and programming expenses. The Age Strong Rolling Grants are designed to ensure that financial barriers do not stand in the way of an organization’s ability to meet the needs of older adult programs throughout the year.

Grant Priorities

  • Expanding social engagement programming for older adults in underserved communities
  • Serving new consumers who are not already being served by an existing social engagement program offered by the applicant’s organization
  • Supporting small-scale programming needs and one-time events that arise throughout the year
  • Age Strong Rolling Grants aim to fund social engagement activities and projects that provide resources for limited occasion programming or are one-time events. The following are examples of funding requests that align with the grant priorities:
    • A special celebration event
    • Small group transportation costs
    • Admission costs for a trip or outing
    • Programming supplies
  • Examples may include but are not limited to: material items, art supplies, purchasing yoga mats, supplies/food for a birthday party or cultural/holiday celebration, etc.
