Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for a Community Health Impact Lab micro grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicant: only organizations eligible to apply.
- Principal investigator: must be an actively licensed physician in the U.S. or its territories.
Requirements
- Abstract: please informally describe your project in 3-4 sentences. The abstract should not exceed 200 words.
- Project description: please describe the project’s activities including its novel and unique contribution to health-related challenges faced by populations with limited access to care. Other points to include:
- Identification of partners
- Purpose/goal
- Intervention/approach
- Target audience
- Potential community impact
- Scalability of the project
- Plans to assess the scalability of the project
- Potential challenges and how you will seek to mitigate those
- Project timeline
- Evaluation outcomes.
