COA received notice of funding allocations of $1,584,592 for the CDBG program and $828,236 for the HOME Investment Partnership Program.
COA provides financial support for eligible activities and projects that meet the purpose of the CDBG Programs. Projects supported should meet a local priority need identified in the Consolidated Plan. Identified priorities for FY 2022-2023 include serving the homeless population and Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA). TBRA will be funded by the HOME program through the City of Amarillo.
