- Projects that improve childcare facilities;
- Projects that improve multi-family affordable housing rental units through rehabilitation;
- Projects that increase affordable housing units through acquisition
- Applications for the following projects will be prioritized for funding.
Funding Information
- CDBG Public Facilities/Improvements, Neighborhood Improvements, and Multi-Unit Rental Housing Acquisition/Rehabilitation funds, totaling an estimated $1,600,000.00.
- Capital Activities for any CDBG Eligible Applicant : $1,200,000
- Capital Activities for Neighborhood Councils: $400,000
