The purpose of the program is to encourage and support the enhancement and beautification of properties along the 23rd Street Corridor,” said Planning and Economic Development Coordinator Jean Van Iperen.
Funding Information
- The Community Development Agency will consider funding up to 50% of eligible project costs, capped at $15,000 per project.
- Approved projects must be completed within 12 months.
Eligibility Criteria
Property owners can apply for assistance with a range of exterior improvements, including façade upgrades, building refurbishments, and landscaping installations. Examples include repairing or restoring awnings, windows, and doors; updating architectural features or cladding; or adding landscaping such as trees, flowers, outdoor seating, and lighting.
