- Leadership Expertise: Provides funding for leadership training or contracting of a consultant to support boards, staff, or working groups. Funds may be used for travel, conference attendance, or registration fees.
- Planning for Effective Organizations: Funds consultants for organizational assessments, strategic planning, marketing/communications, fundraising, grant writing, or volunteer corps development. Funding is intended to build the capacity of an organization to be more effective; it may not be used to hire a consultant or freelancer to do the organization’s work.
- Collaborative Strategies: Supports collaboration and knowledge exchange between two or more organizations with the assistance of a facilitator or consultant.
- Requests must be consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the PATH Foundation.
