The RAP Cultural Grant is provided by a special sales tax initiative approved by the Utah State Legislature. This allows 0.1% of sales tax within the County to be spent on arts and recreation opportunities within the County.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants for the Cultural Grant must be:
- A private nonprofit organization or institution registered with the State of Utah
- A municipal or a county cultural council
- Must have as a primary purpose the advancement and preservation of: Natural History, History, Art, Music,Theatre, Dance or, for (private nonprofits only) cultural arts.
