Eligible Projects

Eligibility Criteria
MDH seeks to fund a non-profit organization that has two or more years of experience in working with Minnesota-based farmers’ markets to provide nutrition incentives to SNAP participants who use electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards for healthy purchases. Eligible applicants must be based in Minnesota.
- Applicants must have state or federal recognition as a formal non-profit organization.
- Applicants must be registered and in good standing with the Minnesota’s Office of the
- Secretary of State at the time of application and at grant execution. No grant will be awarded to individuals or informal groups or individuals. Applicants may not apply with a fiscal agent.
