Eligibility Requirements
Applications must meet all of the following to be considered:
- Applicant represents a nonprofit, project, or community organization.
- Projects primarily benefit West Linn residents.
- Prior grant recipients must be in good standing, complied with grant procedures and have submitted required reports including Report Back form.
The program does NOT fund:
- Neighborhood Associations (funded through a separate City process).
- While exceptions may be considered, for-profit applications are generally not accepted.
- Political advocacy, campaigns, or ballot measures.
- Religious instruction or activities primarily supporting a religious organization.
- General fundraising events without a clear, direct community benefit.
