- The agency’s proposed use of funds consists of repair and restoration projects for structures that suffered unforeseen damage due to natural events, including tornadoes, floods, fires, hail, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes, and windstorms.
- The agency has a history of continuous, stable programming for a minimum of twelve (12) months prior to the grant application due date.
- The agency has an active Board of Directors, in compliance with IRS Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(13), which meets at least once a quarter and sets the agency’s policy.
- The agency has programming, administrative practices, and board membership that are compliant with the City of Plano’s Equal Rights Ordinance.
- If the agency was previously funded, the agency successfully fulfilled all prior funding agreement obligations.
- The agency has the ability to produce valid documentation of all required documents listed within the Required Documentation.
