The Ohio Valley Jaycees Charitable Fund is a donor-advised charitable fund administered by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley (CFOV), a tax-exempt, publicly supported organization that manages charitable funds and provides grants and scholarships to qualified nonprofits and students in the Upper Ohio Valley.

Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations can apply for funding if they provide services in one or all the following areas: Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia and Belmont County in Ohio.
- Applicants must be recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations, classified as public charities under Code Section 509(a), or partner with a nonprofit fiscal agent. Qualified charities include charitable, religious and educational organizations, school districts, public libraries and other government-affiliated organizations. They do not recommend grants for distribution for individuals or for-profit endeavors.
