The NEA-ARP Operating Support grant is funded through the National Endowment for the Arts with American Rescue Plan, funding. Each organization will be granted funding in accordance to the organization’s specific needs.

Eligibility Criteria
This grant is for non-profit arts organizations that provide services in Sandpoint and meaningfully contribute to the themes and goals identified in the City of Sandpoint’s adopted Arts, Culture and Historic Preservation Master Plan. The organization must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) code, be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, current registration as a nonprofit organization with the State of Idaho and hold a valid, active City of Sandpoint business license. Institutions of higher education that are designated as a 501(c)(3), a unit of state or local government, or federally recognized Indian tribal government are also eligible.
