This announcement is to provide public notice of the DC Health’s intent to make funds available for the purpose described herein. The applicable Request or Applications (RFA) will be released under a separate announcement with guidelines for submitting the application, review criteria and DC Health terms and conditions for applying for and receiving funding.
Purpose
The purpose of this funding is to provide immunization services for District residents at easily accessible locations within Wards 7 and 8. The overarching goal is to maintain high COVID-19 vaccination coverage in the District and to close existing gaps in coverage specifically for
residents of Wards 7 and 8.
Funding Information
- Anticipated Amount Available: $600,000
- Annual Floor Award Amount: $200,000
- Annual Ceiling Award Amount: $300,000
Project Period
The first budget period of this award is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2023 and to continue through September 30, 2023 After the first budget period, there will be up to one additional 9- month budget period for a total project period of January 1, 2023 –June 30, 2024.
